App icon: humpback whale

The whale in the app icon is an ink-style render of a rigged humpback model
derived from the following source geometry.

Changes to the source geometry: it was tessellated from NURBS to triangles,
reoriented, scaled to a 14-meter representative length, adjusted at the
pectoral fins and head, made more robust through the torso, given modeled
ventral throat pleats, rigged, weighted and animated. For the icon it was
posed mid-breach, rendered in an ink style, rotated, faded where it sits
below the text lines, and composited onto a paper-coloured tile.
